New office is beautiful. Didn't have to wait long to see the doctor at all. Nurse practioner did a procedure to remove wax. Doctor is so friendly. Very happy!
fantastic staff. I felt like I was cared for and the people I interacted with validated what I was going through and advocated for me in so many ways!
The new building was great especially the parking garage. The parking at the old building was a nightmare. Dr. Abboud was very pleasant and professional. I felt comfortable with her. The other intake staff were great as well.
Dr. Abboud is awesome. The appointment was like clockwork. No waiting. She was very professional, warm ,informative and welcoming. She earned five stars in all categories In my opinion. I hadnâ??t seen her in years and she was even more positive than I remembered. The new facility is very well organized, clean and spacious. I highly recommend Dr. Abboud.
Everything went extremely smoothly with the appt and the doctor and her staff was fabulous!
An appointment was quickly made for me and from the moment I arrived until I left the office, I was treated like a king! It was my first experience with and ENT so I wasn't sure what to expect. It felt safe with many details carefully thought through (temp checked twice, no touch entry, forms sent ahead of time, distancing signs on the floor, new pens/used pens, etc). Support staff professional and helpful. Nurse and MD also professional and warm. Thank you.
