This was my 1st time at this practice and I am most impressed on all accounts. Most importantly Dr. Abboud and her staff(NP and others) are knowledgeable, personable and listened to my questions and problems. Excellent bedside manners from the entire staff from check-in to exiting. A great example of a wonderful practice. Particularly during this added stressful time. Thank you.
All office staff was so kind and Dr. Abboud was absolutely amazing! Wait time was reasonable. 5-Star rating for sure!

Everything was handled very well, wait time, introduction, examination, until the end, when I was told the diagnosis and that I could pick up a new prescription at my pharmacy. Then I was left alone in the exam room and not told what to do next or about my two other then current prescriptions. Some staff persons seemed to happen to come by, and discussed my exam room and another room and said I needed to go to check-out. Dr.Abboud was wonderful as always. The only area for improvement I can see would be to call patients by phone when they are ready to be seen. This would eliminate having to wait with other patients in the waiting room during this time of COVID. Thanks!
This was my first visit to Penn Medicine and I was anxious about my appointment. As it turns out, there was no need for anxiety as everyone I interacted with was very helpful, asked the right questions and spent time explaining everything.
It was a pleasant experience with Dr Soo as always. Her ability to help me relax in this time, with a few laughs was greatly appreciated.
Dr. Abboud and her staff were very professional, informative and friendly.
