My daughter had her adenoids removed yesterday.. minor surgery but it was her first one and still scary as parents! The staff in the surgery center were all amazing and made us very comfortable. Everyone came to personally meet us and explain each step of the day to us. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely attend again!

If I could give this hospital and Port City Emergency Phys. lower rating I could. Hands down the most difficult, uninformed, rude and unhelpful billing departments I have ever dealt with.
my husband has been there several times we have used home health care through the hospital. he wouldnt go any where eles the staff is awesome the nurse that comes to the house is wonderful. he had always gone to st joes in syracuse but that hospital has gone down hill.
I woke up at 3:30 this morning with an excruciating toothache. My Dentist office is closed for the Holiday so I went to our Oswego Emergency Dept. I was in agony! They were so good to me, they got me in promptly, everyone was so kind and helpful. They gave me meds to help deal with an abcessed tooth until I can get into my own Dentist. It was a painful way to end my year but, I got to see what it is like to be seriously hurting and dependent on our Emergency Dept staff for help. When I got treated poorly at Crouse I came here because I knew my daughter was coming and they didnt believe me. I came here and got instantly helped where I delivered my beautiful baby girl! I love all the staff theyre so nice!
Easy in and out and great with blood draw usally a task with my viens and this girl got it 1st try and pain less...
I have been to Oswego Hospital numerous times (not just for me, but family as well). Each time I was here, all the staff were great. Yes, there were times where it seemed like the wait time took forever, but there was probably something more serious than my (or m family's) case that could have come in by ambulance...we don't know. Today, I work for Oswego Hospital and love my job. I have not been here that long, but we are a family. I love my job and the staff are great. I am really enjoying being a part of this organization... read more
