place is horrible I will never go back I honestly don't even know how they are still up and running

I had a small procedure done by Dr Ruddy and she was great!!! It's nice to see someone come with a smile and ask if your ready!!! And the Staff in ASU were great to. Thank you all for being so friendly.
I have been to Outpatient Services 2 times in a week. The person who registered me and the person who drew my blood both very friendly and respectful however the "patient coordinator" was a rude pushy bitch. After being verbally abused by her the 2nd time I reported the situation. The person I complained to didn't seem to give a rats ass. As noted in other comments the abusive person eigther did not have a name tag on or it was hidden (I feel this is intentional). Amazing care and experience with the birth of our first child!
Each time I came to Oswego hospital I didn't have to want to get checked out. Waited a bit to get admitted but once in a room staff has been good to me. �
