I occasionally visit Osmow's an when I do, I would go after work around 12 midnight. The last time I went, the place smelled like a restroom. It was such an unpleasant odor and it made me lose my appetite. Please make sure that the restrooms and the whole area are consistently deodorized.
This location is pretty good in terms of the quantity of chicken they provide with their dishes. I have experienced multiple times simply getting rice and friees with limited chicken., surprised this location is value for money. Great portion and great customer service. Guy is excellent 👌
My friends and I went here in the evening and most of them got a shawarma wrap. One of my friends asked for a very small amount of spicy, what she got instead was a mild amount, which was too spicy for her to eat. She took two bites and realized it wasn't something she could finish. We nicely asked the people working if it could be remade without the hot sauce but they said no, they just said put more garlic sauce on it. They gave us a packet.
