Redstone Castle is the former home of Colorado Fuel and Iron Company's founder John Cleveland Osgood. Following Osgood's demise in 1926, his third wife Lucille attempted to convert it into a resort but was met with failure. The entire estate sprawls across 150 acres (60.7 hectares) of land. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Castle. It has been on our list ever since Steve and April purchased and renovated it. Our room was very well appointed and our host Jennifer made us feel very welcome. The breakfast the next day was excellent. We would completely recommend it.

Very fun time celebrating Oktoberfest at the castle. Great band and good food. Setting is extraordinary. Simply beautiful.
