You ppl let my mom die 6 yrs ago . I tryed to talk my daughter in to going to Champagne to Carle she would have got better care and find out what was going on with her heart instead of just treating her for her headache .

I went to the emergency room Sunday evening because I was short of breath, wheezing and coughing. I was sent home with no treatment, told to get a humidifier and to follow up with my regular doctor. I went to my Dr this morning (my symptoms significantly worse). I was having an allergic reaction. I will now be on steroids for a week and an inhaler for two weeks. The staff were very pleasant, I am just very disappointed in them not giving me some sort of breathing treatment.

The "Dr.'s" here SUCK!!! They judge you by your chart before you're even seen. Especially if, like in my case, you have a heart condition! Last time I went in here they tried to hospitalize me because they tried to tell me I was having a cardiac event!!! Tried to put me on a MORPHINE DRIP for a pain level of 2!!! I refused and told them I went there because I felt like I was getting PNEUMONIA NOT an AORTIC DISECTION!!! LEARN TO LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!!! SELL OUT TO CARLE ALREADY!!!

I always have great care from everyone from walking in the door to leaving the hospital when I go there.....our 19 year old son had a stroke wasn't sure what was going on took him to the hospital they reacted to him right away with getting test ran and transferring him to Carle in less then 2 hours of being there....thank you all that was working with us on getting him taken care of...Katie at the front desk for reacting the way she did knowing he had a stroke by looking at him when he walked in the door

Took my boyfriend there to have his nail looked at, but had to come back the next day since the ER was so busy. It was a 5 hour wait. When we went back the next day the staff took care of him quickly and we were out of there in an hour tops.
