I have been on both sides of the er and yes at times they are slow but you don't know what goes on on the other side of the er the nurses are friendly and so are the doctors

Absolute worst ER experience. The Dr. was preoccupied and kept asking me the same questions over and over. She advised she would give me meds for nausea and and injection for pain, never saw her or a nurse after that until I was discharged. I received no actual TREATMENT. I found out I was being discharged by the man from registration when he came in to ask for money. I was sent to have xrays, and after they were done and I was back in my room, someone from Radiology came to ask if there was any possibility I could be pregna... read more

I was in there from 10-2:30 with some major pain by the time I left I felt better but the thing they don't give flying duck about is the fact that of your someone who works they could care less if your in pain while you try to do a job that you really can't afford to take time off fromwhat really posses me off with that damn hospital is the fact they help I feel better one day the rest is up to u on what u do to relieve the pain I wouldn't give this hospital 5 stars for no damn reason whatsoever they don't deserve 5 stars.

worst experienc in er, really rude and not gentle at all, im in 3 west now and have the most caring nurses ever, this is my 2nd admission due to diverticulitis disease, its amazing the difference of care from er to 3west, anyway i want thank, tom, kelly, jenny for being awesome nurses and working the long hours you do, thank you!
