Poor service. You never leave anyone let alone a child lay in their own feces for 3 hours, and also refuse to let them bathe. And also your emergency room doctors need to learn how to read because my son had a medication allergy and you guys gave him a medicine he was allergic to and still gave it to him after I said he was allergic to it. Plus it was in the file when he was supposed to have his medicine but I still had to tell your staff when to do their job.
