I called for info on my husband's condition, they said they would have his nurse call me. No one called. They sent him home to an empty house. When he was dizzy from the drugs they gave him. Finally talked to his male nurse. He was very rude and hung up on me???

It takes 2 to 3 days plus to get a prescription refill called in to pharmacy. Patient was out of blood pressure medicine. 29 minutes on hold waiting to talk to a person. Staff was polite however, this is unacceptable. Current patient and long term prescription. Took 3 phone calls and still don’t know if it is called in. Tomorrow will be day 4 without daily meds for blood pressure.
RecommendedShout out to the best infusion center. The staff here are incredible! Thank you for your compassion and patience with my young child.

The building has changed with all the construction and is almost unrecognizable but the heart of it is still there Seeing all of the former HSHS employees that still work there is like Old home week and very comfortable Thanks so much to Nancy Hagerty and Claudia Chalkey at Urgent Care and Kelly at Physical therapy for helping me yesterday. Thank you again Patty Hess is also a great asset
I went to Streator’s hospital 3 times with my three week old son. The doctor’s kept telling me “ Oh he’s healthy, he’s fine, he’s good, he just has a cold “ mind you my son is running warm by the touch, and he’s coughing really bad, and having a hard time breathing. The last time I took him to Streator’s hospital was Monday at 7:30am. I was there probably a maximum of 15 minutes, so I took a drive to Bloomington for a hospital to actually check my son out, I got to Bloomington at 10:45am, they checked my son he had a fever o... read more
They have the best Emergency Room staff.
OSF Center for Health is one of the best hospitals in care that I have received in years .Streator's nurses doctors and inside care are most efficient with quality concern and knowledge . Also OSF in Ottawa is wonderful and I thank the doctors and nurses there . Mental health and providers accepting new patients really make good changes for many persons and they have helped me very much .Thanks so much !
