A couple weeks ago a friend of mine needed to seek medical attention. The guy checking her in was super rude to people, we over heard one of the tech ladies say that she "Hated people" and over all it just wasn't the best experience. I understand that you have people who come in night after night but, the fact that you have an employee say that she "hates people" where your patients can hear, maybe she is in the wrong occupation.
Excellent service, being from overseas the whole idea of having to use a hospital was pretty daunting but my daughter was sick so we needed to take her. The guy on the front desk was really helpful and reassuring, a couple of doctors checked her before the paediatrician gave her the all clear. Many thanks. Great service
