What a great staff at the ER on Friday afternoon! From my nurse to the lady that came to get the info on my health insurance. They were wonderful! I overpaid for a surgery by more than $1,400 and I have been trying for three weeks to get the hospital to put the money back on my credit card. I have gotten the run around time after time; they even at one point had me call my insurance company to get the check number and the date it was mailed. They have said it is in process again and again, and today a supervisor told me she is "expediting" the refund, so I might see it in 48 hours. Taking care of mom
I wish there was a rating less than 1 star. Every time we go there the staff doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground. My wife was having labor pains, they made us stand in a line for half an hour so I could get a sticker, then make us register again before we were seen. This time we had a scheduled appointment at 8am to induce labor, they told us they had no room and they "don't know when we can come back". So they sent us away, if she goes into labor today will they have room? Will we make it to the hospital safely... read more
