the pre op registration system worse ever. ORMC and Florida Hispital A million times better.
my daughter broke her pelvis in 3 places a case manager came to her room and told her she had capped on her insurance and would be sent home 2 days after she had surgery she can't walk or help her self in any way she was also told for 15000 a week they would be glad to send her up stairs to PT who has that knid of money this is just heartbreaking for me to have to see her in the pain she is in and these people only want to help you if you have a pocket full of money

Just want to thank all of the Drs, nurses and support staff @ ORMC. The ER staff helped to save my wife's life and the care she received while in the ICU was impeccable. I cannot thank you all for the care, diligence and service that was provided for her during our time of need. God bless you all and may you continue to do for others what you did for us! ❤❤❤

Never got a call informing me of my appointment time. I called the night before and the operator transferred me to the OR floor where a nurse looked on their calendar to tell me that I was scheduled for 11:00am. I wasn't taken back for surgery till 2:30... Got back to my room at 6:30 because I was being held overnight, family wss left in the waiting room for more than a hour and wasn't told where I was until I called home to relay a message to them since they had my cell phone.
