ORMC is the absolute worst place to go. My mother was recently treated for COVID and not a single doctor contacted the family in regards to her conditions or treatment, and they discharged her without any notice to the family as well. I do not understand how this organization can handle an at risk patient this way! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

this hospital is horrible I have been admitted since Friday July 3rd I just got a room this morning they spelled my name wrong and they have been neglecting my medical needs I will never come here again this hospital is horrible 0 stars 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I am currently in room 24C. Cannot move. I’ve been saying hello for 25 minutes and alone in here for over an hour. I’m in for a serious back injury and have yet to see someone after being discharged too soon and having a episode in the parking lot where they begrudgingly allowed me to come back and after 1 1/2 hours got me a room. I will Remove this review if someone says they saw it and came to help me.
Horrible!! Before I entered the hospital today I asked **if while I wait for my results do I have to wait in a room with a bunch of people (has happened before).** They said no that I would be put in a room. After waiting almost 2 hours, the nurse brings me back and places me on a bed in the hallway. Mind you there is Doctors, nurses, people that may have anything that could be contaminating just walking past me back & forth. First of all Thanks. I fully understand the controls measures, but we cannot lose perspective that the family member is out in the parking for hours and hours, waiting for news. There must be a protocol to keep the family member or caregiver informed.
My father was there twice in the past year. He was on the 5th floor in the rehabilitation unit. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the unit. The staff...all of the staff were amazing. They had great bedside manner and Dr. Kahn was personable and approachable. I cannot imagine ever being satisfied with any place else after being here!
THEIR NICU HAS FANTASTIC NURSE'S AND THE NICU MANAGER MARY ANN MATTHEWS IS A FANTASTIC PERSON. IVE BEEN HOME SINCE MONDAY AND SHES KEPT ME UPDATED ON MY LIL PRINCESS SINCE I BEEN HOME
