I AM PRESENTLY IN THIS HOSPITAL WHICH IS THE WORST FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN IN, THE NURSING STAFF NEEDS SOME COMPASSION AND FORGET ABOUT THE CNA, IF YOU CAN FIND THEM, NO WONDER WHY THE V.A. TELLS US NOT TO COME HERE..MY NAME IS DENNIS BURNS AND I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE...

RecommendedI had surgery with Dr Olivares and let me tell you her and all the staff were top Stars!! The staff on the pre-op went above and beyond wish I could remember all there names!! Jose,Peggy both nurse leaders were absolutely great.. Thanks..
Worst emergency room. Nurses were very nice. But after being admitted on 10/18 at 3:30pm to the hospital it was 3:28am of next day 10/19/20 and was still waiting in the hallway of the ER with shortness of breath.

3days in ER after possible stroke. No beds on ICU to control a TPA. No plan of treatment by lack of communication between providers. Or deteriorating mentally and physically. Hematomas caused by lack of sitter at night. This is not care...👎
Right now my husband is on Covid unit area and he tested negative for the test. He has a tube on his lungs and he is actively exposed to the virus. They said is because there’s no room on regular area. They don’t let me see him. How can this be possible???

I’m VERY unhappy with the care my brother received in the ER. He was in a very bad accident and it took the nursing staff 4 hours to administer pain meds to him. My family called and asked for the nursing sup and the director of nursing NO ONE was available. So he had to suffer for four hours. This is unacceptable!!! This is the absolute worst hospital I’ve ever seen in my life!!!! We are from Palm Beach County visiting and our cousin was in a bad accident today who is also from Palm Beach County. He laid in pain for over 3 hours, no BP cuffs, no update on his condition, etc . My husband stood up the entire time while there, which was over 4 hours because there weren’t any chairs for him to sit. The staff didn’t know his condition or his nurse. Worst care I have received in my life. 8 hours after I arrived, I was still wearing my shoes and the clothes I had gotten there with. Miscommunication galore. Nurses not griendly whatsover. When I asked to discharge myself it took 3 hours for them to get me the paperwork to sign. The nurse had the nerve to tell me.."you wanted to leave..then go" I was not offered a wheelchair.
