I have been waiting with my 80 year old father who has limbic encephalitis (brain swelling) for over 5 hours. He is hallucinating and is agitated. He is having seizures right in the waiting room and the nurses don't seem to care. He has fallen while we tried to take him to the bathroom. Not a single nurse offered us help. They didn't even offer us a wheel chair, even though he was clearly unable to walk. Another patient had to go and get us one. These people do not care about their patients. It is evident by the way that the... read more
I was today for my per testing for surgery this coming Wednesday and Friday. Everyone was so helpful and answered all of my questions, told me a few things of what to expect and I am very grateful for their work.
I had the pleasure of watching my pop's be treated here for a heart valve replacement. The Doctors, case workers, staff and supporting personal have been exceptionally outstanding, they take their work seriously with the utmost care for the patient. I rate them a 5 star customer/visitor service.
I brought my husband to ER with elevated BP, in twelve hours he received one pill for elevated BP, it is still high the nurse has called the physicians no doctor is responding to her calls he has not received any treatment for the problem he came in with. they didn't even give him food until I asked for it and he is a diabetic person. there are elderly patients laying in the hallway, they have no rooms available. The ER is chaotic no privacy, no HIPPA compliance, I could hear the nurses discussing patients.
Great care given to my mom in law
On December 6, 2019, my husband Greg suffered an aortic dissection while we were camping with our scouts at Osceola Heritage Park. I credit your amazing team for saving his life by understanding immediately what was happening and giving him proper treatment. He spent 9 days in your care and we encountered countless amazing professionals who kept him with his family. On January 16, 2020, Greg started experiencing severe pain and nausea, so I took him to Advent Health Waterman ...Continue Reading
I'm here at your outpatient surgical area. The staff here is so millenial. Had someone ask me if I was the patient when the chart is in front of them. instead of reading the chart to see that it's a 81 yo female having surgery. She looked like either she's exhausted or high on something. Not a good look for a hospital when the staff doesn't do their due diligence. Anesthesiologist asked my mother questions after I told them to ask in Spanish. So they ask me and when my mom began to answer the question. She was too busy talki... read more
You need to do better! I been here for 5 hours without anyone seeing me!
My dad was hospitalized twice and I have no complaints whatsoever. The nurses were very professional and kind to us and my dad, and when he was in his last moments, the nurse stayed with him until he passed away. I don't have any complaints with the doctors either.
