The most genuine, kind staff I have ever encountered. I was in Tower A, room A403 from Tuesday 3-30-2021 -Thursday 1-1-2021. The Nurses and Assistants and Doctors and everyone else, gave me their best with no complaints, they actually CARE. Annette, Meagan, Marisol, and Amanda, THANK YOU. Please never lose touch of your humanity and kindness.

On 9/30 I went to Hunter’s Creek emergency room with Flu like symptoms. It turns out I have Covid 19. Today I get a bill for $1874, mind you my deductible for emergency room is only $300. I call your hospital and ask why I got the whole bill and your representative explain that though my insurance paid $1574 (which makes perfect sense by simple math ) I still had to pay the $1874 because the total bill was $12,000. I’m currently in the hospital and I must say it has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in this hospital Yet!! I have been admitted for nearly 48 hrs ago and I’m still in the er waiting for a bed I press the nurse button and no one calls or comes I could die and no one would know god forbid I timed from the time I press to when I get assistance it has gone as far as 1 hour and 30 mins no one comes I have had to scream out hello?? This hospital is the worst from registration to imaging!!!!
Worst experience ever Not only once but twice. First time after cardiac surgery. CCU almost put me in cardiac arrest. Once they sent me to a room. All communication stopped. Never saw a doctor while in my room. Gave me antibiotics on discharge and never told me what it was for. Misdiagnosed me. On and on.
