arrived right before 11 on Thursday to the ER because I had to episodes of syncope and collapse. We got there and Alex was unable to find a wheelchair and let them know that they needed to find one so he can get me out of the car. It took a while to get this wheelchair. I let the man behind the desk who's badge said he was a paramedic know that I have had two strokes and the two episodes. I sat in the waiting room of the emergency room for over 4 hours with chest pain left-sided numbness shortness of breath I felt like I was having a heart attack they gave me an EKG and then sent me back to the waiting room when I asked the staff how much longer it maybe they couldn't give me an answer. I asked the nurse at the front desk to transfer me to another hospital if they were unable to give me emergency care in a timely manner and the RN response was that she is just a nurse she can't do anything.
I was kept for 4 days and never properly admitted. Nurses kept treating me as if I was a diabetic, and almost gave me insulin. I am NOT diabetic. Paperwork was not done and so testing ordered by a doctor was not available to me. There really is nothing good I can say about this facility. Go on the other side of 192 to Advent.

ER wait time said 10 minutes online and I’ve been here for almost 2 hours still in the waiting room in severe pain, still have 6 people ahead of me. Your pain means nothing here. I would of went somewhere else, if only I had known the accurate wait time of 3-4 hours.
Good experience after car accident. Therapy department is amazing
