I came in I never been there before. I felt it was a emergency. They got me in and it was painless. They made me feel that I was #1. Thank you so much!
Dr. Ortiz came in at 10pm on a Monday night just to check my 5 year old. I have been a patient for years but he truly won me over with this. How many doctor's do you know that would leave the comfort of their home in the middle of the evening? I am grateful that we didn't have to take her to the emergency room. Dr. Ortiz truly works for his patients. I am blessed to have such amazing ophthalmologists that care about the well-being of my child. If you are looking for an eye doctor(s) than look no further.
I visited for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience. The facility was clean, all staff were extremely polite, patient, and welcoming, my concerns were taken seriously and addressed. I felt truly valued as a patient and would definitely recommend Dr. Ortiz and Ortiz Eye Associates to all of my friends and family.

I've been going to Dr.Tim Ortiz for a dozen years now. I've had Glaucoma for 25 years. I cannot recommend this office HIGHLY ENOUGH! Prior to that I was going to a Doctor in Cresthill who treated their patients horribly. The Ortiz office Team is AMAZING!
