This office is miserable. Doctors have no time for anything but the next future insurance claim. Be sure to enjoy the collection statement asking for last $25 owed - somehow missed during visits and staff shakedowns. This office demonstrates daily why so many people push for universal health care.
The most unprofessional and unorganized medical visit I've ever received. Got in a car accident with a fractured hand and was referred by the Emergency Room. The Hospital and Doctor office staff are not on the same page when it comes to billing. Payment arrangement made 2 days before surgery and received a call the day before the surgery stating that full payment was due upfront. There were 2 separate prices quoted and neither knew where they came from. $283 waste of office visit...
I meet with Dr. Knoll yesterday after being recommended by 2 of my other doctors. She was extremely professional. Dr.. Knoll took the time to explain the procedure she was planning. In addition she took to the time to explain and help reduce my fears of the eventual outcome. There was some staff confusion on getting the correct information as to the Pre-op scheduling but a simple call to the office resolved all the issues.
I met with Dr. Knoll yesterday for my severe carpal tunnel syndrome. She was very kind & caring and I felt very comfortable with her help. She is scheduling a nerve conduction study and will then talk to me about options.
Dr. Knoll has helped with repeated different problems. She has explained all options in a straight forward way. I so appreciate her.
100% I would give a recommendation. She's to the point, doesn't waste your time and spot on her treatment of my hand. I will be back to this facility.
Dr. Knoll is very professional and I completely trusted her to repair my (gun hand) that is required to continue my career in law enforcement. and I would recommend her to anyone that depends on the use of their hands for their career should they become injured and require surgery.
My temporary cast was trimmed incorrectly resulting in numbness and intense pain. When I was seen, they did not accept responsibility for causing the problem or offer an apology. I addressed my concern to Dr. Knoll. She compared the situation to her kids fighting and not knowing who to believe. She did make it clear to me that her staff is terrific and they had her full support.
