One of the best experiences I have had with a local medical practice; friendly staff, well organized and professional. Dr Knoll is very professional and thoughtful which made me feel relaxed and confident. It doesn’t get much better than this when visiting a physician.

Broke my right wrist in February. Dr Knolls performed surgery repair breaks with 2 plates and 9 screws. After healing and PT I exceed strength and mobility range for my age grouping.

She seems uncaring and doesn’t listen. Ok if I’m paying my money and I’m in pain at least give me a week off of work. I have been at my job for a long time and not lying and just want time off. I’m thinking about another doctor. I also have a baby that I have to pick up.

Very good doctor. She is personably and I felt she was trustworthy. She answered all my questions and concerns. I would go see her again.

Dr Knoll’s was wonderful and knew exactly what was going on with my ring finger within minutes of feeling around my left hand. She told me what she was going to do and would follow up in a month to see if my trigger finger is better. She was very pleasant to see and talk to.

Dismissive, rushed doctor. Disorganized office staff. Full payment before a diagnostic test required - was miscalculated. Still waiting for my refund past the 30 days in which it was promised. This is obviously a doctor who cares more about money than patient treatment.

Had an accident over the weekend requiring an ER visit. ER said I needed to follow up with a hand specialist. Requested an appintment via their website on Sunday. Was happily surprised to receive a call from their office before 8 AM on Monday morning. They got me in same day! Service was excellent. Highly recommend OrthoTexas.
