I recently had an appointment with Dr. Zannikos and PA Brianna and I cannot express how impressed I am with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the office staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome. I had a great experience all around with Dr. Zannikos and the office. From making the initial appointment to scheduling the surgery everything was smooth and the staff was friendly. I had a microdiscectomy done and recovered without any problems. I am very glad I had the surgery and pleased with the care that Dr. Zannikos provided.
I had a Proximal Row Carpectomy on Jan. 17th at the Shields Surgical center in Natick. This was caused many years ago and over time it just got worse. From my first appointment to my 30 day post-op review, everything went very well.What impressed my the most was the day of the surgery. The process went without any issues. Dr Zannikos is a great surgeon. He is very kind and friendly. I have found him very easy to work with and talk to and he has the ability to explain the problem and surgery well so I can understand what is going on. He makes a lot of time to talk before and after surgery, I had ACDF surgery almost 6 months ago and I am very thankful for the relief. I recommend him to anyone I can.
He performed an unnecessary 6 level fusion, didn,t put a curve in my back causing flat back sydrome. I had to had it all redone 6 months later. I am now crippled. Plus the guy who does back braces started screaming in the office because I wanted to return a back brace and I left in tears.
Our overall experience with Dr. Zannikos and ONE was great. I had surgery with him almost 5 years ago and most recently my wife had a cervical disc replacement about 7 months ago and her arm felt better immediately after surgery. She was slowly able to resume all her activities over time and is back to her normal self doing anything she wants without any problems. Dr. Zannikos did my lumbar fusion surgery in February after a year of physical therapy, medications and injections did not work. I was very impressed with Dr. Zannikos and the whole office staff. Dr. Zannikos is an awesome doctor and everyone was so nice and helpful and made me comfortable with the entire process. I have had no problems and now I have been able to get back to almost all the activities I would like to be doing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon
Dr. Rockett and his team at orthopedics New England are top notch. Every member of his staff was polite and made sure you knew what every next step would be.I did not have to wait a long period of time to get my knee issue addressed. Dr. Rockett’s team got me into their office for an x-ray and set up an MRI For me at Shields.Within one week, I was headed in for surgery, which is conveniently one floor above their office in Natick.
