The rudest, most unprofessional nurse alive works for yall- Vanita McCarter. She brings nothing positive to your business. Dr. Pavillion did nothing and stood by his recc for Xrays for a very obvious soft tissue injury after I said "I am self pay and happy to pay OOPocket for MRI). I was referred to you all by an active patient with surgery scheduled on the books. Now I am contacting CBOM. You all have a unique way of interpreting your oath.
I have been trying to get Dr. Gersoff to call me back about an MRI report for 3 months. I have called numerous times and sent emails to Dr. Gersoff himself and have not heard anything. Initially, the surgery went well, but there were issues in the following months that required the second MRI. Frankly, I'm appalled with the way this office has handled my case from the very beginning, but I truly cannot understand why a doctor would not respond to his patient.
RecommendedSaw Dr Swann and I liked him very much. I have had a total hip replacement on the east coast and am familiar with the process. I felt very comfortable during my visit and will definitely have my surgery performed by Dr Swann.
After 4 months of suffering from excruciating hip pain, I was referred to Dr. Newman. Immediately, he saw how much pain I was in and wanted an MRI ASAP. I got an appointment with him 2 days after my MRI and he explained everything in a way that I could understand. He has an amazing bedside manner and very personable. He is always saying to come in if I have any questions or concerns with my recovery. He spends as much time with patients as they need. Would recommend him 1000%! Thanks Dr. Newman
