I arrived early, filled in countless unnecessary questions during touch screen Patient Registration, then I wasted another 10 minutes filling about 50 questions on the blue tablet. At least 1/3 of them I’ve already entered in during the Patient Registration 5 minutes prior. Some of these questions were quite annoying and prying into my privacy. Had a very bad experience with the billing department. Are these people doing business or a service. Still not clear. The boot which is $82 in the market is $495 with these people. When I went to the doctor's office. I checked with these person before wearing the boot. The person who was attending me said clearly it's covered under my insurance. Dr. Berdia saved my hand. Before I came to see him I suffered a terrible experience with another practice. Dr. Berdia had to go back into my finger and he fixed my hard completely. I was told by the first surgeon that he would have to amputate my finger. So I went to see Dr. Berdia for a second opinion. He was so kind and helpful. He knows his stuff and fixed me right up. No judgement on the doctor as I luckily only got a minor issue. But be careful with the high deductible insurance as I had no clue the 5 min visit + Xray would cost me $450
Dr Joseph Hanna is literally one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever encountered. He told me I tore my ACL but wouldn’t even review the MRI with me and just was constantly pushing me to get knee surgery and being really short with me when I asked questions. It’s just so obvious he just cares about making money off of you and not about you as a person
