dr Loguidice is the worst Dr I have ever seen! He did a micro discectomy on my L3,4,5,S1! During my surgery he encountered a Dural tear, which I was aware that it was a possibility that the tear could occur! My surgery was done 5 years ago and I have been pawned off by Dr Vito to pain Managment who has had me on pain medication since. I can’t get out of bed I.
