Had a knee problem and was able to walk in without an appointment. Very professional and the wait was not bad. Dr and NP took time and answered all my concerns.
We met with a couple of different surgeons. We felt great about the plan with Dr. Copeland and he was able to get us in quickly, even able to reschedule us for Lima location that we had hoped for. Surgery went smooth - great communication among staff and the text alerts kept me informed. All the nurses were wonderful too! As good as our experience was, I hope we don't have to come back (haha), but if we need surgical care again this is where we will be!
