If you are traveling this season, make sure to follow these tips with your luggage ✈️: • Avoid luggage that is difficult to transport (wheels make traveling less challenging) and pack light. • While hurrying between connecting flights can be quite common, rushing with lifting or carrying heavy luggage can lead to injury. Take your time and lift with your legs. • Avoid rushing to place bags in overhead compartments, and if you suspect that your suitcase may cause strain, check it or locate a luggage carrier.
While a daily jog or gym routine is great for staying in shape, new activities such as winter sports or touch football do require sport-specific training and technique to prevent pulled muscles and tendon strains. Make sure to research the best training for your sport; if you don’t know, just ask us! 😀
