I was referred to Dr. Joyce by another orthopedic surgeon after 3 years of pain, discomfort, and difficulty moving. He immediately discovered the problem and recommended surgery due to my young age and since I had already gone through physical therapy and pain management. After surgery, I followed his directions and recommendations and am now able to move with ease and am pain free with no medication. He took the time to explain what was causing the problem and how he was able to fix it.
I have been a patient of Dr. Joyce since the mid 90’s. He has taken care of my knee through torn cartilage, torn ACL surgery, and finally a total knee replacement. I will never let anyone else operate on my knees. He is a no nonsense, physica therapy driven doctor, who really knows what he is doing. Also, his physician’s assistant, Erik Libby is fantastic. He is very well educated in his position, and is extremely personable.
Worth the wait... no rushed answers, makes you feel as though you are his only patient. Very intelligent , extremely thorough and very skilled surgeon.
Doctor is great but staff is unprofessional.
I have had total knee replacement of both knees and a total hip replacement. I have 100% confidence in the level of skill and care I received.
