(Updated 2019) Some good docs here and the wait times have definitely improved with fingerprint checkin.
Staff needs to learn manners..they called me up, asked if all info was the same. I said yes...then she said $40 co pay...not please & thanks

That is true. They are always behind and quite disorganized.
