Everyone at OrthoNOW was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Pacheco was very knowledgeable of my problem and went out of his way to recommend orthopedic surgeons that could help with my issue. I am very happy I went to see him!
First visit last Friday and it was quick and painless. Wish they had an office closer to my home in Cutler Bay. I was in and out in less then an hour. Nice folks

After weeks of waiting to check my ankle after a fall. I visited OrthoNow on Coral Way. I had downloaded the app and had shared I was on my way. The receptionist greeted me kindly and was delightful to speak with. Once I walked in, they took me in for an X-ray. Once those results were in, I was seen my Dr. Pacheco. What a wonderful experience. He asked many questions and explained in such detail on the anatomy of my foot. OrthoNOW seriously was a lifesaver. My lower back was killing me to the point of not being able to bend forward, I was about to go to the ER, but while looking online I ran into this urgent care. The service was excellent. As soon as I got there Xrays were taken, and the doctor saw me right after, did a full check up on my back, gave all the information on my condition, made my prescription and I was on my way. since the moment I walked through the door I was taken care of very quickly. The whole experience was very nice from the x-ray technician to the orthopedic doctor & medical assistant that gives you your referrals, prescription & your next appointment. I wished all clinic was quick & saw you as soon as you walked instead of waiting for an hour or more.
