this place is a complete joke.. i can’t believe the way i was treated when visiting. the staff are constantly talking and taking their time socializing like if it’s some type of reunion. Also, they are extremely rude. One of the ladies working at the desk was an absolute disgrace and didn’t even do her own job right after calling me off on something was my fault. I had an excellent experience at the Orthopaedic Walk-in Clinic. The staff was friendly, competent, and efficient. Dr. Charette was thorough, professional and friendly. I am happy that I chose this walk-in for treatment of my knee injury.
It is wonderful to have a place on weekends for quick evaluation of injuries but this facility needs a complete overhaul of staff or some serious conversations with admin about customer relations. The staff is impatient, rude, and does not give the impression that they care at all. It is extremely disappointing to have the facility with such clearly unhappy staff.
Extremely manipulative. Literally advertised directly on their website that they "offer urgent orthopedic walk in care". There is an entire tab on their website titled "Urgent Care". Yet somehow when it comes to billing, they actually are not an urgent care center at all, and will bill you for a specialist. Very unethical and deceiving.
