Terrible experience. Will never purchase another vehicle from here. 90 days to get title turned over to me because the vehicle had a lien on it, which I never knew about the lien. Car hasn't been driven in over a month bc it's broke down. They still have not paid me for late title/tag fees do to me waiting 90 to get it. 100 per 30 days that it is late. They owe me over 200 for that as well.
Worst place to buy a vehicle. Would not recommend to anyone. Vehicle that was bought had a lean on it and took forever to get everything. The person purchased a 30 day warranty that was offered then vehicle quit working a few days after and they wouldn’t do anything.

I just posted on the website, but they must regulate what is put on there. So I'm going to try this avenue to get the word out. I received a call from Nissan telling me that Fenton was my dealer. I have not purchased a vehicle from them and have been dealing with a dealer out of state for the past 10 years. I do use them for recalls or other Nissan specific repairs. Great friendly service I received when buying my new car! Promptly answered all my questions thru text as I was making a deal living out of town. Made my car buying experience great! Mike & Edgar were great to deal with. I would highly recommend Fenton Nissan!
Went to get may oil changed and they told me it would take 1 and 1/2 hrs. I noticed that people that came after me got service quicker than I did. After almost 2 hrs one of the guys said has Isaish came out to talk to you and I said no. I waiting again for someone to come , they never did and by that time I was pissed off.
