I have been trying for days to get the GM to contact me over a potentially very shady sale....please contact me!
Bought a used car from them last week. Drove it home and realized it had a large bolt in the tire. Took it back the next morning hoping they would hold true to their great customer service promise, to be met with accusations that we put the large bolt in the tire. The sales rep who is extremely unprofessional and argumentative to be a sales person told us he would only pay for half. so I got a letter in the mail saying that they wanted to buy my used Murano from me said they would probably give us over but blue book says so we called them Saturday talked to Colton talk to him a little bit told him where we are on what our payments need to be and told him that we wouldn't be able to put any down payment and told him what type of vehicle we would want he told us that he might not be able to get us in the Murano but he could get us in something else for the payment we're wanting so I talked to him today he... read more

they ran my credit without my approval... how they were able to do this and why was my question... i HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THERE BUILDING! . a manager named Matt was extremely rude when it came to me even asking him. I will be filing a report against them!
