There was a couple of mechanical problems with the vehicle we bought. At first, I was a bit angry over the breakdown in communication. But Matt called, and made things right. I would recommend Fenton Nissan East to my friends, now!
Took my car in they checked it out told me what the problem was gave me a price and was fixed on time the 1st time. I didn't purchase my car here but will on my next car.
I wanted to purchase a truck from this dealership and was given the run around!!! The sales manager (Matt) never returned my calls or answered any of my questions. I was very disappointed of the service and help I received. Which was ZERO!!!! Not what I expected from a Fenton dealership. I was told the truck had some scratches and dents but at the same time they put 19 photos of the truck on their website! Wow!!!! Definitely not how to run a business!!!
Very helpful crew here. I will be returning for any needed services. Everyone had a friendly smile and made me feel welcome.
