I purchased a brand new car on Jan. 7th I was promised before signing that I would get 2yrs of free oil changes as well from the manager of the dealership. I received my first oil change back in April and advised the service rep that I was to receive 2yrs of free oil changes and he saw it in their system and I was good to go. Experience with salesman went from friendly to extremely disrespecful once he wasn't getting his way. We posted a 2017 Altima on Facebook and got a message saying Orr Nissan East wanted to buy our car and that Shannon, the used car uses manager liked the price we had on it. We drove up there and they offered $3,900 LESS than our asking price. We walked right out. Bait and switch is bad business. We had shopped here before but won't anymore!

We came in with very low expectations, just hoping to maybe replace one of our two beater cars with something newer and more reliable. Never in a million years did I think Mary would work some kind of crazy magic and replace both of our beater cars for two brand new vehicles with price points in our budget. I am very upset with sales manager. I made an offer and sales person called me to say congratulations management has accepted your offer. Then after I sent preapproval letter from my bank she sent buyers contract for the exact amount my bank had approved me for which was $1250 more than our agreed amount. Which I brought this to the sales person attention she came back and said they couldn't do that!
