The sales team was as fair as you could expect and I had no problem with them. Finance however... When people don't do their jobs and they're lazy or pass the buck or treat customers badly - that's something I just can't stand. My experience with Scott Woolery was probably the worst customer service experience I've had. I won't return to buy my next Nissan and I would discourage anyone I know as well. It's too bad - one sour apple can ruin an otherwise great experience.
Very pleased with everyone at Fenton Nissan. Best car buying experience yet. Austin was an amazing salesman answered every question we had and was lots of fun to work with. Will definitely a repeat customer
