I only have great things to say about Fenton Nissan east! I got my car service there for the first time recently and was absolutely blown away by the kind, attentive staff, especially Sydney. I refuse to take my car anywhere else!
So many dealerships in this area just care about getting the top dollar for a vehicle and do not truly listen to their customers. We called the dealership in regards to 2 cars we found online. Vincent let us know they had both been sold but asked what our needs and wants were, as well as our price point. 5 minutes later he called and told us about a vehicle. We came, looked it over, test drove, and made an offer. The entire experience was smooth sailing. First dealer to truly listen, care, and deliver. Thank you, Vincent!!!
