My 2014 Sentra transmission started to act up at 33k miles, though I took it in a few times to have it looked at, never determined the transmission was bad. Almost 30k outta warranty it finally became noticeable. Bumper in the service department worked on getting Nissan to cover my transmission, and put us in a loaner for the extended amount of time. I'll be buying my next car from Fenton just so I can continue to use Bumper as our service advisor!
I worked with Edgar and he helped me get a great deal on a new Altima! I just want to say thank you to him and his manager Roger Smith. They are such rock stars at Fenton Nissan East !
