I purchased my Nissan Altima almost two years ago. The staff patiently assisted me while I tried out several models and test drove. After paying off my previous Altima, they completely understood my hesitation to have monthly payments once again. They worked with me to get the EXACT model I wanted for a payment I was comfortable with. Thank you to my sales associate John Shackleford and New Car Sales Manager Gabriel Owsley for everything!!!
Friendly most special car dealership I have ever been to. The store was clean and very upbeat. Salesman and managers were all very helpful.
Very dishonest, do not buy from these guys. They advertise deals they can't make, they make promises they can't keep and I have to say they are the worst dealership I have every experienced in my 56 years. Gabriel Owsley, the sales manager,(a skinny black JJ looking guy) was 100% dishonest to try and draw me back to dealership to try bait and switch. I love my Nissan Altima that we got from here,super nice people
BUYERS BEWARE!!! They get you on the hook to buy and then don't follow through. I was dealing with a salesman and Lemmie, one of the sales managers quickly took over the deal. He made the deal that was agreeable to both. After we bought the vehicle, we then noticed they messed up the paperwork which shorted us by $1500. Lemmie now said "What do you want us to do?" He gave me everything that I wanted in a car and more.
