The dealership is fine, we've given them business with three vehicles now. However, do not go to Joe unless you want someone who only cares about his commission. He made it clear that he does not care about future customer business. Ben was the one who saved the deal by working with us to get as much of the crap that Joe "promised" us as he could. Joe was supposed to set us up with an appointment to get the brakes checked on the used vehicle we bought. That was a month ago. He got his commission so now we don't matter.
My wife broke down on the side of the road with our suburban close to this dealer. Got towed in with the help of Onstar. That was the end of our good luck. Fuel pump was out and needed replaced. $1200.00 for parts and labor. What a rip off. I was told the mechanic could do the work in 2-3 hours, was charged for about 4.5 hours, $562.50 for labor.
