I have bought several new cars from this dealership in the past and always left very pleased with the transaction. Not this time! I bought a car the last of July and after countless phone calls and false promises on their part, I was finally able to get a title the middle of October. This was totally unacceptable. I put this review on earlier and it seems they deleted it.

I walked in with low credit 18 years old and a low income and I walked out with a decked out 2015 Ford loaded. I couldn’t be more in love with my truck. It took six hours of working the banks but they made it happen. They got my payments low and serviced the truck well and detailed it amazingly. Very pleased with customer service. Made sure I was able to get the car i wanted with the best deal possible.
I can't believe the experience I've had so far. I bought a caravan from them. After having it for 6 months the cv joint went out and was covered under warranty. While they were fixing it they wrecked another vehicle into the rear end. After nearly 3 months we got our van back. The headliner was sagging and discolored, the molding on the rear hatch fitted like it came off another vehicle or was cut to fit ours. It straight up looked terrible.
