False advertising. Stay away from this dealership
They are a wonderful store. They were not pushy at all and made sure I was satisfied. I felt like i was a part of their family. I think they are the best dealership I have ever been to. I recommend them to anyone who is in the market to buy a car. Thank you ORR Team! I love my car..
I used to think this place was amazing until we purchased my husbands truck in June. I’ve made many calls bc there was no jack in the truck and the roof is leaking in the truck. No one will get back to us just like from the dodge dealership about the title the dmv has been waiting for over a year. They drag their feet and mark their inventory up.
Orr has great deals and great products that our fully inspected by the service team, the back all there prodicts
Longest wait for an oil change ever...got there early and still waited 2 hours. Foolishly let them change the cabin filters and wiper blades. Should gone to Walmart. $243 later I’m back on my vacation. If I lived in Searcy I’d go broke letting them service my car...
STRANDED!!!!!!! CONVINCED ME TO SELL MY TRUCK AND SAID I WAS APPROVED FOR A DEAL TOOK THE TRUCK HOME ON THURSDAY NIGHT. THEY CALLED ME ON SATURDAY BY THE END OF THE DAY I WAS LITTERLY WALKING HOME. THEY ARE LIARS. I AM NOW STRANDED NO VEHICLE, TWO KIDS AND A JOB THATS 50 MILES FROM HOME WITH NO OTHER OPTIONS. THIS WAS THE ABSOULTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DISHONESTY THEN THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO !!!!!! NOT !!!!!!!!
