They sell you other people’s extended warranties.... I SHOULD have until November 30 but they say the warranty started a year and half BEFORE I BOUGHT MY CAR!!!! How is this possible????? Anyhow cars broke can’t be fixed by Orr.... never again will I buy another vehicle from Orr!!!!
Quote to repair two exterior handles on my 2012 GMC Sierra was $1031.01. This was after I was told that I had a leaky valve cover (OK I only ask for door repairs) with valve cover repair total was 1250.50. Really? After a trip to OReilly's, YouTube video, $120.00 and 45 min of my time (Yep only 45 min and keep in mind I have never attempted this before) Job done! Little pricey? Yep! Initial customer service was good but deteriorated quickly. Multiple issues with car that should not have happened. They fixed all but one and am still dealing with it months later. I have continually gotten the run-around from both a salesman and now GM.
