Just bought 2015 chevy crew cab excellent service and the easiest purchase of a vehicle i have ever had !! If your looking for a new or used vehicle you need to go see them !!!
Poor customer service, poor attitudes, poor quality from service department. I think this business has came down with a case of I don't care and a side of lazy. Will never give these jerks my business again. Buyers beware!!
I have a 2012 GMC Sierra that i am selling to a dealership. Sense I bought it from ORR I figured I would start with them. I showed up and didn't even have time to get out of the truck. Told the man at the front I was selling it. It has over 100,000 on it now and he said "we won't even be interested".. and that was it.. didn't acknowledge me at all! Took it to Crain in Conway and they're interested! Took it to Gwatney in Jacksonville and they are also interested! So HORRIBLE service at ORR! Will NEVER be back
