the service department is the worst. i took my nissan sentra in for an oil change, tire rotation and to see why my dash lights kept going off. they charged me for diagnostic. said the dash light problem was something cluster. 1300 dollars. i told them no.i paid for tire rotation which was not done. the front drivers side tire had a slow leak. it was still in the same place. when they called me to see how i liked my service i told them that i was not happy. a manager was suppose to call me back. that never happened. i later t... read more
