Bought a mini van from them and my transmission went out. They said they would fix it and gave me a single cab truck as a loaner. I’m a mom with three car seats so basically I was without a vehicle for two weeks. I got my van back Friday they said it was fixed. It’s now Sunday and my transmission went out again and I’m broke down on the side of a highway with 3 babies and they are closed. I’m Livid!
Gimmicky sales tactics. They responded to messages saying yes, they would work with my terms. When I get there I am told it is computer generated responses and no they cannot work with my terms. Then claim they could have financed me with their terms so they didn't owe me the $500 the advertising said I would get if they couldn't. They didn't even apologize for misleading me and wasting my time and gas money to drive up there. Shady.
My family and I have bought 4 vehicles in the last 6 months and 6 vehicles total over the past 4 years. Michael Stringer along with David Rogers and James Parker are the most genuine people I have ever met. They treat us like family and are very professional. We will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer!
I just did very bad we got cheated out of a lot of money. Never never go there they are crooks
They could stop trying to sneak things into your car loan, like gap insurance and extended warrantys after you have already told them you don't want them.
We have bought several vehicles before. Daniel (I think was his name, he never told us) was rude and very unprofessional. After giving him our information before we even discussed prices or signed consent paper for our credit to get pulled I got a notification my score had dropped because he already had. Then we ended up walking out due to a simple mathematical error (on their part) he did not care to look into. A Saturday wasted!
