I've been to The Orpheum many times. To cancel Gone With the Wind vs. allowing folks to chose is just sad. The film is a significant cinematic achievement and the Orpheum shows movies to celebrate their contributions to film history, not to showcase their historical shortcomings.
Unbelievable that the Orpheum would eliminate Gone With The Wind. Should we consider all the other shows...concerts...etc. that will offend SOMEONE that is offended by the contents of a particular program. I am offended that you consider a classic movie unacceptable. I certainly will not support this place with my money.
Another victim(?) of liberal leftists political correctness. Hitler & Stalin would be proud! I better buy a copy of GWTW to make sure it is available to my grandkids.

Very offended that y'all have made the decision NOT to show Gone With the Wind anymore. Thanks for cowering down and ruining what once was a wonderful event scheduled at the beautiful Orpheum theater. You have lost my respect and my patronage.
