The resort is very nice. It is tough to find your way around. Check in moved along fast. Staff was nice. My only problem is the valet. They mess with your radio change my a/C settings This tells me they are sitting in my car listening to the stations they want with my a/C blasting burning my gas. The last time we stayed at this resort they did the same thing. It's july 23 and we have been here for 3 days and for whatever reason the pool stays so cold you cant stay in it long. And parking is terrible a 5 minute drive to the store is 30-45 minutes because you have to take a shuttle to get your car.. 2 out of the 3 days they have closed the pool because of rain not because of lightning and they like to keep it closed for hours
I usually dont write bad reviews but I wanted others to be aware and also they didnt want to help reinburse us. So first we had a group of people come and stay 7-3-17 to 7-3-17. First we get there and our room is higher than the other 8 rooms reserved and we was not on the pool side. And our room was looking over air conditioners. No big deal about the view since we wasnt going to be in there much anyways but the $100 higher i was confused about and after asking them. They couldnt really give us a explanation. I am writing regarding my stay at The Marriott World Center, Orlando. I would like to begin by saying that we are awards members, and we have visited this hotel over 4 times. We checked in on July 12, 2017 and checked out on July 16, 2017 under the name James Morton. We had 2 separate rooms, and my room was on the 19th floor. It's enormous. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would think that for such a big place there would be more than one gym. Maybe one in each tower. The one facility it's far from the tower I stayed. It was basically my warm up to get there hahaha. Also it's a good size but again for such a big space it misses more free weight options: straight bars, plates, chain, resist bands, ab roller, squad rack, bench press.
