Un hotel muy lindo pero todo muy caro. Es lujoso el lobby, los corredores, pero te cobran hasta por sonreirte. Las habitaciones nada excepcional para lo caro que cuesta la estancia en ellas. Son más bien pequeñas y yo esperaría más limpieza. Me encontré en el suelo rastros de los inquilinos anteriores como un calcetín y una cubierta de cuchilla de afeitar, lo que indica que no hubo una limpieza adecuada en la transición de un huésped a otro. Great hotel, love the extra touches like water bottles always available and fresh fruit pass around I the morning. I think it would be a great idea to change the pool opening hours to 9 or 10, during busy times like Labor Day. It seems like very poor planning to always open at 11, even during busy season!!!
Had a great time! Can't wait to stay here again! Pool was awesome, had a dj and just all in all a fun environment!
We have loved our stay. Much cheaper than staying at Disney and closer to Universal with tons of amenities. We were greeted happily by numerous employees as we entered the hotel to check in, and after being here a few days I have lost track of the amount of times employees have started up random conversations with us and asked if our stay was going well. Had the worst experience at Marriott I normally stay at high end hotels but decided to give this one a chance because of the size of the pool and the kids did enjoy the pool area. But there was a major error on the part of front desk confusing my last name with someone else and I didn't have access to my room for hours on my second day there. I was turned away at the bars by the pool and forced to pay with a CC because my room charges couldn't go threw. Front desk wasn't helpful and they didn't care much to offer anything fo... read more

Great experience at the convention center and amazing food
Absolutely loved the Marriot staff and accommodation during the John Maxwell IMC. Huge thank you to all especially Benedito, Jane, Jeffrey, Jordan at the front desk!
Pure joy, very beautiful hotel! The staff is very helpful, courteous and professional. Looking forward to another visit.
