This Resort is enormous. Plan on doing lots and lots and lots of walking to get from point A to point B. Also, at any given time you could be standing in line for over a half an hour just to check in. When I was there there were tons of people all moving around different direction so it was difficult to navigate and get through the crowds. Lots of kids goofing off and some out of control. Probably the best sleep, I've ever had in a hotel. Employees were super nice, helpful and professional. (valet/luggage, parking, housekeeping, check in) Because it such a large hotel, it's inconvenient from tower to conference rooms. Could only order room service from the Pantry and not the others. The food from the Pantry was delicious, a little pricey but delicious. Check in isn't as quick as check out. Appears to me that your system slows during peak time although it was 1:00 pm EDT. The hotel was beautiful but to pay that kind of money for a room and then you have to pay for internet services. WOW !!! $25 for a pack of cigarettes and anti diarrhea medicine that the over priced food gave me. Thank you #Marriott
Magical!!!! Wonderful place for the whole family.
This truly was one of the most horrifying experiences of my life. The group rates and leisure services reservations don't communicate within the system. Due to this problem, reservations being edited seemed to mess up other rooms connected to the reservation. As someone within our group was working with the front to fix the issue (for a total of 8 cumulative hours) at the counter, our keys constantly fluxed from working to not working. Overall was enjoyable, air in room wasn't the best! Staff was nice event was great having everything at your fingertips was nice, especially having kids!
Lot of walking to the Convention areas. Food is good but expensive. Hotel has just about everything you could want. The valet parking needs more help when large groups are in the hotel. It took 25 minutes for them to find a friend's car.
Great place, found out it also has MVC villas on it as well. Food prices are reasonable, Staff is very good. Clean area, great pool and water slides, fantastic atmosphere at night wit the laser show.
